Brand inquiry form
When you send a brand brief, the details you enter (brand, name, business email, product, partnership type, budget range, timeline, message and the optional site and usage fields) are emailed to Brandon at admin@actionjacksonaffiliates.com. A copy, with the time it was sent, is kept in a private file on this site's server that is not reachable from the web. Your IP address is not saved with it.
These details are used only to respond to your inquiry. They are not sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.
How long it is kept
The server copy of an inquiry is deleted automatically after 12 months. Emails stay in Brandon's inbox until he deletes them. To have your inquiry deleted sooner from both, email admin@actionjacksonaffiliates.com.
Spam protection
To limit abuse, each submission leaves a timestamp filed under a one-way hash of the sender's IP address. These records are used only to count recent submissions and are removed within two days. The form also carries a short-lived signed timestamp; it is not a cookie and does not identify you.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operations.
Videos
Video previews on this site are images hosted here. TikTok content loads only after you press play, at which point TikTok may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Outbound and affiliate links
Links to TikTok and other platforms open those services, which have their own privacy policies. Affiliate links may earn Brandon a commission. Purchases, pricing and returns are handled by the retailer, not this site.
